If you would like to develop an enhanced feeling of health and a strong, relaxed, toned and flexible body and want to commit to looking after yourself, then YOGA might just be for you.

I like to combine my extensive experience in food and diet management with the teachings and practice of yoga to harmonise a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Yoga is inclusive - no one is too old or too inflexible for yoga, whether you are five or one hundred and five, pregnant or in a wheelchair, running a marathon or recovering from an operation. You are blessed with the one body, devote a little time care and consideration for yourself and "live all of your life"
